About Doctor Agullo

Frank Agullo, MD, FACS, born Francisco Agullo and known globally as Dr. WorldWide, is a double board-certified plastic surgeon based in El Paso, Texas. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, his path in medicine has taken him from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City, where he earned his medical degree, to a general surgery residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, to fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, one of the most prestigious plastic surgery programs in the country.

Dr. Agullo is a Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC), Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, and an Affiliate Professor at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where he trains residents and fellows in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. His private practice, Southwest Plastic Surgery, is based in El Paso, Texas. Thanks to his social media presence and the consistent results he shares daily, more than 80% of his patients travel from outside El Paso, coming from throughout the United States. The practice handles every aspect of travel planning and recovery coordination so out-of-town patients can focus entirely on their care.
